Wifadah Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd. is pleased to announce its appointment as General Sales Agent (GSA) for Sun PhuQuoc Airways in Malaysia. The partnership supports the airline’s opening and brings a new Vietnam island gateway to Malaysian travellers, travel agents, and corporate clients.
Sun PhuQuoc Airways is a Vietnamese carrier focused on Phu Quoc, one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing leisure destinations. With Wifadah representing the airline locally from 2026, the market now has a dedicated sales, reservations, and support team on the ground in Malaysia.
As reported by The Malaysian Reserve, SPA launched its direct Kuala Lumpur–Phu Quoc service on 1 September 2026, with one daily round-trip flight of about 95 minutes each way. The new link supports two-way travel and tourism between Vietnam and Malaysia during Visit Malaysia 2026, with complimentary checked baggage, a light meal, and beverages included in the fare.
